This is where you get to pick and choose who to send your document to by filtering by recipients.

  1. Filter the list by selecting Options in 4. Filter Recipients, Mail Merge Manager.
  2. Select the filed to be checked for comparison from the Field: drop-down menu, for example, "City".
  3. Select a comparison type, such as "Equal To", from the Comparison: field.
  4. Enter the criteria in the Compare To: field, such as "Portland".
  5. Click OK.
  6. To sort your recipient list, select Sort Recipients and choose the fields to sort on.
