This is where you get to pick and choose who to send your document to by filtering by recipients.
- Filter the list by selecting Options in 4. Filter Recipients, Mail Merge Manager.
- Select the filed to be checked for comparison from the Field: drop-down menu, for example, "City".
- Select a comparison type, such as "Equal To", from the Comparison: field.
- Enter the criteria in the Compare To: field, such as "Portland".
- Click OK.
- To sort your recipient list, select Sort Recipients and choose the fields to sort on.
