Choosing From Word's Pre-Defined Margins
Word includes pre-defined options for document margins. You can also opt to specify custom margins.
The best way to change the margins in your Word document is to use the tools on the Page Layout ribbon.
First, open the Page Layout ribbon. In the Page Setup section, click Margins. On the menu that appears, you can select from a number of pre-defined margin settings.
You can also select Custom Margins if you'd like to specify your own margins. Keep reading for instructions.
