Changing Font Styles for Your Envelope
The Font Tab of the Envelope Address Dialog Box

Specifying font options for envelopes in Microsoft Word is the same as specifying font options in Word documents.

Word will let you apply different font formatting options for your envelope. You can choose any font, font style, or font color you desire.

To change the fonts on your envelope, click the Font button on the Envelope Options tab in the Envelope Options dialog box. You must specify font options for the delivery and return addresses individually.

When you click the Font button, the Envelope Address box opens to the Font tab.

You can select font options just as you would for text within a normal Word document. After you've specified your options, click OK.

Click OK on the Envelope Options dialog box to return to the Envelopes and Labels dialog box. Once there, click Print to print your envelope.

Word will ask you if it should store the return address. In the future, the return address will automatically appear in the Envelope Wizard. You can omit the return address simply by selecting Omit before clicking Print. Or select it and type over it to enter a new return address
