Changing Your Personal Information in Word 2004

By James Marshall, About.com

Word can automatically insert personal information in your documents. This is helpful when you’re emailing a document or adding your address.

Some information is created when you install Word 2004. But other information comes directly from Entourage.

But if the address or email is outdated, you can change it easily in Word 2004:

1. Click Word>>Preferences

2. Click User Information

3. Enter your correct name and mailing address. You can also change your email address.

4. To change your information in Entourage, click More and fill out the appropriate details.

5. Click OK
