If youve ever tried adjusting margins, fonts, or line spacing to get your document to fit on a specific number of pages, you know that it can be a frustrating experience. Because you cant see the changes as youre making them, you have to keep opening dialog boxes and making changes, all the while hoping it will work. Fortunately, there is an easy way to adjust the number of pages in your document and it will work perfectly the first time!
1. On the Format menu, select Make It Fit
2. In the Make It Fit dialog box enter a number in the box beside Desired number of pages (it cant be less than 50% of the current number of pages in the document)
3. Under Items to Adjust, you can select or deselect items that you do not want WordPerfect to adjust
4. When youre done, click Make It Fit
